Overview
This website is operated by iSprunki. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to iSprunki. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the additional terms and policies referenced here and available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to all of them, you may not access the site or use any of our services.
1. Eligibility and store use
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to purchase from this store, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, violate any law or regulation, infringe anyone's intellectual property, transmit malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the security of the site. Breaching any of these terms ends your right to use our services immediately.
2. Products, pricing, and availability
Product images are provided to represent our items as accurately as possible. Because plushies are hand-finished and screens display color differently, slight variations in shade, stitching, and sizing are normal and are not defects. Stated dimensions are approximate, with a tolerance of roughly ±1 inch.
Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice, and we may discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, per household, or per order.
We try to keep the site accurate, but occasionally information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to price, description, promotion, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will refund you in full.
3. Orders and payment
Your receipt of an order confirmation email confirms that we received your order — it is not acceptance of your offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or dealers, or that our fraud screening flags as high risk. We may require additional information before accepting an order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update it so we can complete your order and contact you as needed. You are responsible for all charges incurred by users of your card or account.
Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout. For international orders, import duties and taxes are your responsibility — see our Shipping Policy.
4. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are incorporated into these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of your parcel, but we will still help you resolve loss and damage claims as described in those policies.
5. Product safety and intended use
Our plushies are decorative character toys recommended for ages 12 and up. They contain small stitched components and are not intended for infants or toddlers. Surface clean only — do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron, or bleach. Keep away from open flame and direct heat.
Adult supervision is recommended for younger users. You are responsible for using our products as intended, and we are not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse, modification, or use contrary to these instructions.
6. Intellectual property and fan-inspired designs
All site content — text, graphics, logos, product photography, and page layouts — is owned by iSprunki or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
Our plush designs are original fan-inspired creations. iSprunki is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game developer, publisher, studio, or other rights holder, and our products are not officially licensed merchandise. Any character, game, or brand names used on this site are used descriptively to help customers identify the style of our products, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. If you are a rights holder and believe our content infringes your rights, contact service@isprunki.com and we will review it promptly.
7. User submissions
If you send us comments, reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, and publish it in connection with our store and marketing, with attribution to your display name where practical. You confirm the content is yours to share and does not violate anyone's rights. We may monitor, edit, or remove content we consider unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable, and we are under no obligation to keep or reply to any submission.
8. Third-party links and services
The site may include links to third-party websites, and we use third-party tools such as payment processors, analytics, and advertising platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Please review them before you engage.
9. Accuracy and site availability
We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Historical information is provided for reference only. We may modify the contents of the site at any time, but we have no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we may suspend or discontinue any part of it without notice or liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSprunki, its directors, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or replacement costs — arising from your use of the site or any product purchased from us. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iSprunki and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party due to your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
13. Termination
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate by ceasing to use our services. We may terminate at any time if we suspect you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms, and you will remain liable for all amounts owed up to that date.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any separate agreements are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer under the law of your place of residence.
15. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permissible and the remaining provisions will stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after we post changes means you accept them. Please review this page periodically.
